Before I was a farmer I did quite a bit of landscape photography. but that had to pass by for a while, well nearly 4 years now. I guess that is one of the things of moving from the city to the country it does become about the city things you give up - morning coffee shops, restaurants, the theatre, going to see a band, big sports matches, shopping centres, traffic, suits, shiny shoes, desks, nice clothes, shopping in a good deli, being able to drop over to a friends place, hobbies. then you buy a farm and it can be pretty much summed up with - HARD WORK. I love it though, sitting in an air-conditioned office or working in the garden and eating the vegetables you've grown, watching your animals interact and watching the sunrise without all the interference.
Yep I'll take the country anyway.
