To CASTRATE or NOT.
Why does
it all seem so hard, is it that we see in our animals what we see in ourselves –
I’m not having my nuts cut off!
He was my first born, then there was the
second born, he is going to be a show bull, he will grow faster as a bull, I could
re-sell him as stud bull, oooooohhhhh such decisions.
The truth be told they are unlikely to be
shown while I’m still working away from the farm and the longer they stay bulls
the more trouble they will become as they reach maturity and start fighting with
each other and their father. Then there is the issue when the cows come back
into season and the possibility of in-breeding. But they are still so small, the poor little things, let them have time
as a complete male they are just little cuddly things hurting no one.
Bugger I never thought this cattle breeding
caper was so hard.

Hi Ian you may want emasculate them rather than castrate them this device cuts the tubes within the ball sack
